Background Information
Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company (IPOC) acts as the agent for Iroquois Gas Transmissions System, L.P. (IGTS), collectively referred to as "Iroquois". IPOC is a wholly owned subsidiary of IGTS. Iroquois has no other employees except those who work for IPOC.
